Designed to withstand the harshest environments. The sealed magnesium case, firm hinges and monochrome display ensure that the unit can be safely used indoors or out. Rubber bumpers on the case are used to absorb shock. The keyboard and I/O ports are sealed to prevent the elements from affecting the performance of the computer. The display is also fully ruggedized with shock mounts and sealed by an elastomer gasket to keep out both liquid and dirt. The internal hard drive is built to withstand the most demanding, rugged environments.
