HIRING PROCESS

What to expect.

    First conversation.

    A 30-minute call with a hiring partner. Mutual fit, role context, your questions.

  2. 02

    Practical work sample.

    Take-home or live exercise that mirrors real work. Time-bounded and respectful of your schedule. We don't do whiteboard puzzle interviews.

  3. 03

    Team interviews.

    2-4 conversations with people you'd work with directly. Mix of technical depth, collaboration style, and reverse-interview time for you to ask hard questions.

  4. 04

    Final conversation.

    With a leader on the team. Strategic context, compensation discussion, mutual final questions.

  5. 05

    References.

    We talk to people you've worked with. They talk to people we've hired.

  6. 06

    Offer.

    Same day if both sides are clear. Otherwise we share timing transparently.

From first conversation to offer typically takes 2-4 weeks. We aim for fewer total interviews and higher-quality ones, not more interviews, faster.
