Do I need a Deepinfo account to use the mobile app?
Yes. The app is the companion to the platform, not a standalone product. Sign in with your platform credentials and the app reflects your team workspace, asset inventory, and module access. If you do not yet have a Deepinfo account, book a demo.
Is the mobile app included with my Deepinfo subscription?
Yes. Deepinfo Mobile is free for every customer at every tier. No add-on charge, no per-seat upcharge. Anyone with platform access can install and sign in.
What permissions does the app require?
Push notifications, optional Face ID or fingerprint for sign-in, optional camera access if you scan asset QR codes during field work. The app does not request contacts, location, microphone, or photo library access.
Does the app work offline?
Findings and asset details cache locally so you can review recent items without a connection. Triage actions queue and sync when you reconnect. Live search and module dashboards require a connection.
Can I use the mobile app without the desktop platform?
The app is designed as a companion. Full triage workflows, complex search, configuration, and reporting still live on the desktop. Think of the app as the surface you carry, not a replacement for the platform.
