Do I need a Deepinfo account to use the app?
Yes. The app is a companion to the platform. Sign in with your platform credentials and it shows your organization’s inventory under your existing role.
How do we get the app?
It runs on iOS and Android. If you’re already a customer, ask your Deepinfo contact or get in touch and we’ll point you to it.
Is the app included in our subscription?
Yes. There is no separate mobile license, and anyone with platform access can install it and sign in.
Can the app replace the web platform?
No. Configuration, discovery rules, reporting and bulk work stay on the web platform. The app is for looking, deciding and handing off when you’re away from it.
